Job Description Summary:
- HR Generalist activities including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Employee Engagement & Retention, PMS, C&B, Statutory compliance, etc.
- This position is expected to drive the assigned HR processes independently.
- Would require a high degree of initiative, drive and ability to work collaboratively as a part of local & global HR team.
Basic Qualifications:
10-15 years of relevant experience in all HR functions
PGDBA or the related degree in Human Resources from a reputed college
